- information about user activity on the Internet.
We do not have the technical ability to provide information about a specific userās network activity because such data is not collected or stored.
4. What Data We Process
Only the following data may be processed to provide the service:

- Telegram ID;
- internal user identifier;
- information about the active subscription;
- registration date.
4.2. Payment Information
Payments are processed through third-party payment systems.
AltairVPN does not store bank card numbers, CVV codes, or other user payment credentials.
We may receive only the information needed to confirm successful payment.
4.3. Support Requests
When contacting support, we may process information that the user voluntarily provides in messages.
5. Purposes of Data Processing
We process data solely for:
- providing access to the service;
- managing subscriptions;
- processing payments;
- providing technical support to users;

After the purposes of processing are achieved, data is deleted or anonymized.
